Non-Returnable Product Policy

At TIA Foods, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food products. Due to the nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has expired at the time of delivery.
  • The package is received in a tampered or leaking condition.

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Products will not be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or consumed.
  • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • The damage is due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • The product was ordered by mistake or the customer changes their mind.

TIA Foods reserves the right to inspect all claims before approving a replacement or refund.
