Jr. Sales Executive

TIA Foods is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Junior Sales Executives to expand our retail network. The role involves visiting retail outlets, generating orders, promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, collecting payments, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience (FMCG preferred), good communication skills, a valid two-wheeler driving licence, and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Sales Head

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets, expand market reach, develop distributor and retail networks, drive revenue growth, monitor sales performance, and implement effective sales strategies for the TIA Foods brand.

Area Sales Representative

Drive sales growth by visiting retail outlets, building strong customer relationships, generating new business, collecting orders, ensuring product visibility, and achieving monthly sales targets while representing the TIA Foods brand professionally. Alappuzha, Kottayam, Kollam, Muvattupuzha

Food Technologist

Ensure product quality and food safety by monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, maintaining hygiene standards, developing new products, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.

Packing Staff

Pack products accurately and efficiently, maintain hygiene and quality standards, operate packing equipment safely, label and seal products correctly, and ensure timely completion of daily production targets.

Quality Control (QC) Executive

Inspect raw materials, monitor production quality, perform routine quality checks, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and ensure every product meets TIA Foods' quality specifications before dispatch.
